You can return or exchange a product that you have purchased online for any reason within 30 days. Products must be unused and in original condition, with all tags or labels still attached. This 30-day return period does not apply to any custom made orders, water bottles or gift cards.

We require proof of purchase for any return or exchange.

BBALR accepts the return of faulty or damaged products within 12 months of the original purchase date. We will happily exchange or refund your product with proof of purchase in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us at russell@bbalr.com.au and include your invoice, a description and photos of the defects.

You may be refused a refund or replacement in certain circumstances, including where you have substantially modified or misused the product.

If the item was purchased directly from our site, please allow 2-3 weeks for a refund to be issued back into your bank account from when it is processed by our facility.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, except where you have used a gift card, in which case we will provide you with a replacement gift card of equivalent value.

We do not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges being sent back to our facility.
