With a height of just over 1 metre, our pop up defender encourages correct footwork fundamentals and agility. The innovative design is superior to other training tools, providing a durable and convenient solution for simulating gameplay.
The product is easily collapsible, folding down for storage into the included carry case making it easy to store and travel. It contains a water bag which can be filled on location and acts as a weight keeping the defender in place. You can store extra training gear inside, eliminating the need for additional bags or equipment.
